Returns & Refunds
To initiate a return, kindly reach out to our Customer Service team at returns@allarahealth.com or use the form on our Contact page. Please include:
- Your order number
- The email address used to place your order
- Details of why you are seeking a return/refund
Unopened Items: Unopened bottles or boxes can be returned for a refund within 45 days of purchase for any reason. Refunds will be issued, minus the cost of shipping.
Opened or Used Items: Opened and/or used products purchased within 90 days are not eligible for a refund but may be eligible for store credit.
Expired Products: Unfortunately, expired products cannot be returned for a refund or replacement.
Please note that all product return requests must be reviewed and authorized by our Customer Service team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
