How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

I just realized I put in the wrong shipping address, what do I do?

For both Allara and Theralogix products, shipping addresses are unable to be changed once the order is submitted.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-8 business days depending on the location.

What are your shipping costs?

Orders over $50 receive free shipping. For orders less than $50, the shipping cost is $4.90.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time but one day! Follow us on social media @allarahealth to be updated as we expand.

Who do I contact if my order is damaged or missing?

Can I use an HSA/FSA card to purchase Allara supplements?

Depending on the plan, your supplements may be eligible for HSA/FSA payments. Supplements prescribed for specific medical conditions (vs. general wellness) are more likely to be covered. Reach out to your specific plan to confirm your coverage.

What do I do if my discount code isn’t working?

Allara discount codes apply only to Allara branded products (Theralogix products are already discounted). If you are using a discount code at checkout and it isn’t applying to your Allara items, please contact us and we can support you.

How do I know which supplements to take?

Book your first Allara appointment here to start your personalized treatment plan with a Medical Provider and a Registered Dietitian from Allara’s care team. 

Are your products vegan and non-GMO?

Yes, all of our Allara products are vegan and non-GMO. If you have questions about a specific ingredient, check that specific item’s page on our site or contact us with any questions.

Are Allara supplements FDA approved?

While our supplements are not FDA approved, all our Allara supplements are manufactured in the USA within FDA-registered and inspected facilities, ensuring compliance with strict federal quality and safety standards. While we source premium ingredients globally to provide the highest quality formulations, every product is produced domestically under rigorous oversight and quality control protocols.

Are your supplements Third-Party tested?

Yes, the quality and safety of our products are our top priorities. We ensure complete transparency and quality assurance by publishing all Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for our supplement line through RST Analytical, an independent third-party testing facility. This partnership provides customers with direct access to unbiased verification of our products' purity, potency, and safety, giving you confidence that what's on the label matches exactly what's in the bottle.

How should I store my supplements?

To maintain optimal freshness and potency, we recommend storing your supplements in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

What is the shelf life of your products?

The expiration date for each product is printed on the bottle. We recommend using the product before this date for best results.

What are the directions for taking Allara supplements?

The recommended directions and serving sizes for each supplement are listed on the product label. We advise against exceeding the recommended dose unless otherwise directed by a healthcare professional. If you’re working with an Allara provider, you can message them in your Patient Portal with any questions regarding your supplement plan.

Should I consult a doctor before taking supplements?

We strongly recommend consulting with a healthcare professional, such as a doctor or registered dietitian, before starting any new supplement regimen. This is especially important if you are pregnant, nursing, have a pre-existing medical condition, or are taking any medications.

Can I take your supplements with my medication?

Please speak with a medical professional before taking any new supplements if you are on medication. Some supplements can interact with prescription and over-the-counter drugs.

Are Allara products safe if I am breastfeeding or pregnant?

As with any supplement, we recommend consulting with a medical professional before use. Schedule a visit with an Allara provider and they'll help you decide the best supplement(s) for you.

Are there any side effects to taking your supplements?

While our supplements are made with high-quality ingredients, some individuals may experience side effects. Please refer to the product label for any potential warnings. If you experience any adverse reactions, discontinue use immediately and consult your healthcare provider.

How do I report an adverse reaction?

We take your health seriously. In the unlikely event that you experience any side effects while on an Allara supplement, please reach out to our team immediately.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged. If you have any issues, please contact our team – we’re here to help.
