If we take your insurance, you'll only be responsible for costs associated with copays, coinsurance, or deductible.
Self-Pay
If you're paying out of pocket, we offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Our self-pay rate is $119/mo for our Complete Program (inclusive of medical and registered dietitian care) and $75/mo for nutrition-only. Labs and prescriptions may be covered by your insurance – the amount you pay will be dependent on your plan.
